- Digital services (such as tarot readings) are delivered via email or video call and do not involve physical shipping.

- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or WhatsApp.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the courier system.

- Delivery Issues & Delays

- We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, or remote area coverage.
- If your package is significantly delayed or undelivered, please contact us. We will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the issue.

- Damaged, Lost, or Misrouted Packages

- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- If your order is lost or misrouted, we will raise a claim with the courier. Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on the investigation.
