  2. Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. In such cases, you will be informed via email or WhatsApp.
  3. Digital services (such as tarot readings) are delivered via email or video call and do not involve physical shipping.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the courier system.

 

  1. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, or remote area coverage.
  • If your package is significantly delayed or undelivered, please contact us. We will coordinate with Shiprocket to resolve the issue.

 

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Misrouted Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • If your order is lost or misrouted, we will raise a claim with the courier. Resolution may include a replacement or refund, depending on the investigation.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, re-shipping fees will apply.
